I've been seeing Dr. Jeung since he came to IHA and have been extremely pleased. He's "common sense" approach and very collaborative in his care (as long as it makes sense toward the goal).
He did a thorough review of my symptoms even did a brief physical- checking my throat and listen to my concerns. He did a great job explaining the course of duration and when I should do a follow up appointment.

He did not listen or care for me as a patient or person. I was about 10 min late to a 40 min appointment because an immediate family member passed, but needed two unrelated minor acute medical concerns addressed so I couldn't cancel the appointment. When he entered the room, it seemed like he already had issue, and wasn't sure he had "time for this or your million other problems" after reviewing my chart, which I guess means he doesn't have to ask me what's wrong with me. I feel he didn't listen to me or didn't care enough about the problem I was going through. He was more interested in doing things how he saw fit, instead of listening to all the advice I had received from previous doctors. I won't be returning to see him again.
