Made an appointment. Then was called an hour later saying it was canceled because I needed an authorization from my doctor. But didnt give me any time to call my doctor and ask. Just canceled a time sensitive appointment. Then when I call to ask to keep appointment just until the next day to give my doctor office time. I was sent to a voicemail. And the front desk lady couldn't sheldule another appointment.
Dr. Turner has one of the best bedside manners i have ever seen from any professional in the medical field. He answers all of our questions and always explains things so thoroughly. He is so patient and truly cares about his patients and the parents. We are so thankful for him.
Very pleased with Dr. Turner! We saw him for a second opinion and our experience was 120% better with him! He has an excellent bedside manner. He took time to throughly explain things to our son and to us and answer all of our questions. I like that he thinks outside the box and he truly has the patients best interest at the forefront of care! So glad we went to see him!
Dr. Turner came highly recommended and I can see why after meeting him today. My daughter has Down Syndrome and has had open heart surgery and having a good pediatric cardiologist is so important. Dr. Turner was excellent. He was kind, incredibly patient and informative. He answered all my questions and I feel very confident in him and his abilities. Dr Turner was very professional and kind with an exceptional bedside manner. Our family had a great experience at this office from the front desk staff to the wonderful ultrasound tech who did the echocardiogram.
