Office staff were great to deal with before even the first appointment. Very detailed information gathered before the session, which Dr. Sandbothe clearly reviewed before my initial session. She asked excellent questions and really listened to me. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being given non-specific care. We discussed options and Dr. Sandbothe clearly explained what she wanted to do and why. Highly recommend.
Dr. Sandbothe is one of the most kind, compassionate providers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She addressed my concerns and worked with me to develop a plan. I’ve never had another doctor involve me in the decisions around my care like she has and I greatly appreciate that. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.
The office is very pleasant in atmosphere, they are prompt and courteous even a little loose and humorous but not inappropriately. My doctor made me feel very seen and heard and I feel at ease with her. I have confidence in her as well. I was apprehensive going in, but left feeling reassured and better about the process.
Dr. Sandbothe is very attentive to my needs. She is very personable and I will never go to any other psychiatrist.
