I was able to book my appointment easily and speaking with my therapist via video conference was honestly like we were both in my living room talking. I felt very comfortable and like I was being listened to. I've had several video appointments and they have all gone well, no video or audio issues at all. I always feel very comfortable when speaking with my therapist online.
