From the moment I entered the Loyola Outpatient Center I was impressed by the COVID-19 screeners at the door, the receptionist at the Surgical Unit, the nurse who took my vitals, resident Brady Coburn, and Dr. Vandevender himself. Dr. Vandevender is excellent at what he does! He is also very caring and takes his time to explain everything. He had cared for my father several years ago and his work was amazing! When I needed care he was my first and only choice.
Dr. V has always made my visits easy and comfortable. Usually I have a fear of dealing with any physicians, but he made the whole skin removal process (surgery and after - appointments) easy and comfortable (as I said before). He always manages to get you in and out in a timely manner, and always makes me smile. Thank you Dr. V!
Dr. Vandevender is very caring and did a thorough job of explaining what my options were to deal with post-surgical issues. I felt listened to and that he spent sufficient time with me.
Loyola is a good place. We never had a problem there.
