Dr McNulty is the best! You can tell she really cares about her patients. She is amazingly non-judgmental and down to earth. Her office, Life Stance Health, has always been helpful with a very user friendly patient portal. I highly recommend this practice!
The telehealth option for seeing my doctor has been a lifesaver. I’ve really appreciated the option since onset of COVID and while things are much better now relative to person to person contact, you cannot beat the convenience. I absolutely love my doctor and appreciate her professionalism, compassion and advocacy on my behalf.
I had an appointment at 2:15, the instruction email instructed me to call if I had any difficulties joining the video I called the office prior to my video and was on hold for 45 minutes which made me miss the appointment when I finally got through they told me that they had no more openings for the day and the next availability was an entire month away extremely extremely horrible customer service considering that this is a mental health care provider.
