My home was built in 1928 and the guys from Dave Jones Plumbing were masters at sourcing parts for my ancient Sloan valve style toilet. There were many unique situation with they needed to address for success. They were solution driven and did everything they needed to in order to avoid replacing the toilet itself. There were only 5 stars available, otherwise I would have given them 10. Thanks Dave Jones Plumbing and thanks to Ashley for her top shelf customer service and communications.
Great customer service! From calling the number for my mom to inquire, getting an honest and fair quote right on the phone from Jen (I hope that's right) she was polite and reassuring. They communicated via email and text to keep us updated on scheduling, arrival and sent a photo of our tech! that is absolutely a great business practice. Our air conditioner had to be moved further away from the electrical meters. Steve and Aaron did a fantastic job replacing the tubing and electrical connections while moving the unit to conform to local building codes. I would definitely call on Dave Jones for any of my future needs.
I would highly recommend Dave Jones! I was incredibly pleased with the whole Dave Jones team that helped me and my family! We arrived home Sunday, late afternoon, after a long weekend away, and our air conditioner was not working! Typically I wouldn’t mind waiting a day or two, to get someone out to fix the issue, but with the extreme heat and 4 young children, it was critical that we take care of it immediately! Highly recommend! After our AC went out, they were able to set up an appointment two days later. The technician (Joe) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest with his work. He explained what caused the outage, and what he would do to fix it. He also explained the options and pricing to do more extensive work or potentially replace the unit in the future. Overall, the service was excellent and the pricing was very fair.
