After gathering 3 separate estimates for a new furnace, I ultimately ended up using Dave Jones to complete the job. Pricing was reasonable and everyone I interacted with was professional. They were able to come by the very next morning. Julie in the office was very helpful and I'm not sure about the names of the install/estimate teams but they were great. Thanks!
Mike came out on Friday 8/15/25 to assess our Sump Pump and he determined we needed a new one. He fixed/adjusted three toilets while he was here. Nick came out to replace our Sump Pump on Monday 8/18/25. Both technicians were very knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. Awesome customer service! Extremely efficient! We always call Dave Jones! It’s a company that we trust.
I had a really good experience with Dave Jones. There was a leak in my bathroom upstairs. Cory diagnosed the issue and problem-solved. He was very professional and personable. He did not try to do more than was needed, but instead helped me figure out the best route to go. Dave Jones was also easy to contact and communicate with. I will definitely used again.
We enjoyed working with Rodney. He assessed the problem we were having with our old under cabinet lights and recommended a replacement. He did a great job installing our new under cabinet lights and we’re very happy with them. The whole experience with Rodney and the Dave Jones staff was great and we will be happy to work with them again!
Serva did a great job for us! He was very professional and explained everything that he did so I could understand it. I would welcome him back in my home because of his professionalism and understanding of the problem and how to fix it. I will ask for him for any future issue that I have with my furnace or a/c.
