Exceptional residential electric service was provided. I was referred by my builder to DJ. Electricians came on time, worked cleaned, and successfully installed per my request the same day. Highly recommend and will definitely use for future needs. Electric outlets added with wires tucked safely in place, dimmers added…Rodney and Mike , thank you for your excellent service!!
After gathering 3 separate estimates for a new furnace, I ultimately ended up using Dave Jones to complete the job. Pricing was reasonable and everyone I interacted with was professional. They were able to come by the very next morning. Julie in the office was very helpful and I'm not sure about the names of the install/estimate teams but they were great. Thanks!
Dave Jones has been an absolute pleasure to work with. It doesn’t take long to get on their schedule. They’re timely, responsive, and super well-knowledgeable no matter the situation. They’ve been able to help us with everything from installing new electrical outlets in our basement, to various plumbing repairs, and general maintenance and care of our HVAC systems. Each time they’ve provided thoughtful and effective guidance and repairs. They are our go-to for any of our plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs!
The service technician who came braved extremely snowy conditions to make sure we got our heat back on. He was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes. He had the needed parts in stock on his vehicle and had our furnace working within 20 mins. He also made sure to check other parts of the furnace to make sure they were in good repair before leaving. I am very impressed.
Great people who do great work, I’m thankful they helped me with my plumbing and radon problems, even when our builder didn’t. They own their work and quality. Refreshing change from these days where no one ever takes accountability for things. I can’t recommend them more.
