Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order and waited over an hour, only to be told that the food would take another hour to be ready. When I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, I was told they couldn’t do it because the manager wasn’t there. No warning about the excessive wait time, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the situation. We were excited to try it but a bit disappointed, the chicken bring seasoning on top of seasoning which makes it very salty and literally taste paprika the fries I did like they were crunchy. The lady’s were nice and Gave us great costumer service but there was some guy walking around with his pants down which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to look at and makes me rethink of this person making my food. This place is the real deal, and the portions are amazing! You really can't beat the price of this stuff. The tenders had a ton of seasoning and real heat. My only gripe is the pickles are very underwhelming. This was my second time eatting at this brand and it is a must try chicken joint. One of the faster growing chains out there right now. Service was friendly and order came out fast, they had a few kiosks inside to order on which was nice
