The cashier, Kai, was very sweet! Great customer service! They had good music playing too :) I got the small top-loaded spicy buffalo Mac & cheese and it was made fresh and delicious. The small only came with 3 chicken bites, and I wish it would come with a larger meat-to-macaroni/fry ratio, like 5 chicken bites.
Love this place and the staff super. Service excellent. Went there earlier and order the number three and had to save it for later look so good. They all deserve bonuses 5 stars all across. Your favorite customer Matt C.
Insanely late to the hype, my wife and I decided to finally try Dave's Hot Chicken. We collectively ordered 3 hot tenders and 1 extra hot slider. We can handle spice so we weren't too worried. The wait for our order was maybe 5 minutes and everything looked great! The hot was as advertised but the heat didn't last, unlike the extra hot. The food here is really good. A step above normal fast food. A woman, Zara or Sarah, took our order and she was so helpful. She was patient yet to the point and kind without being overly sugary. Any establishment would benefit from an employee like her. The vibes were kind of faux edgy and the chairs are uncomfortable, so I took my food to go.
The customer service here was impeccable. I initially ordered a meal and when it came I wasn’t quite fond of how the wing sauce tasted. Luckily, I brought up my concerns to the cashier Christopher who offered me a new meal free of charge. My new meal was absolutely delicious and I couldn’t have been more grateful that the workers offered me a new meal instead of having me pay for one.
