Yet another average experience with Daves. Daves hot chicken's quality of food ranges from each Daves, which is actually quite annoying that they lack consistency across all restaurants. Regardless, Daves is the "fast food" of hot chicken, you really only go there when you have no other options nearby or are in a rush. The chicken quality is fine, but they are so poorly seasoned, their sauce is adequate, but nothing that stands out. Came over here after a long day at Universal Studios with some friends. I got the Medium Spice Chicken Tenders combo and it was a good level of spice for me! The chicken was tender, crispy, and juicy. Fries were also decently well seasoned. I also took a bite from my friend's Reaper chicken and it was surprisingly not as spicy as I thought it'd be. Maybe they didn't dump enough reaper powder on it? The space was clean and service was efficient. This is one of the better dave's hot chicken locations!

Before going vegan, I used to eat at Dave's Hot Chicken religiously--it was one of my favorite spots. After transitioning to a plant-based diet, I hadn't been back for years, but when I heard they added a vegan option, I had to give it a try. I'm happy to say the vegan option did not disappoint! The flavors are still spot-on, and it's great to have a plant-based version of something I used to love. Medium tenders are the perfect spice level. Consistently good chicken. Wait times could use some improvement but otherwise staff are friendly and provide good customer service.

Why have I waited so long to try Daves Hot Chicken? Had my friend not recommended it, I still wouldn't have known how great it is!! Holy smokes! I found my new favorite hot chicken place! Firs of all, it's in a small strip mall. Parking is limited but if you're lucky, you'll find a free and open spot, otherwise, there's an attendant and he has some spots, not sure what/if he charges or if just the tip. The food was prepared well. It was hot and my fries were fresh. I ordered the chicken sandwich with hot spice and my meal did not disappoint. I entered slightly before closing and my experience was nice. The young lady behind the counter that took my order was patient, she explained options and was attentive. Pretty good service. Chicken sandwich was very good. Chicken was juicy and crispy. Sauce was perfect amount of heat and flavor. Fries were exceptional. Definitely will be back here.

I remember when it first opened up and it was amazing, the quality was great just always busy. Went back recently and you can see ifs not the same since they have so many locations. Now it's just about the name not quality. It's still good just not what it use to be
