Food is always great, tenders are crispy and fries are good, but service could've been better.

I remember when this place was poppin. The chicken was juicy, they gave you loads of French fries, and the sandwich was loaded with a good size juicy tender and coleslaw. Though from ordering today I feel like they have lost their touch, and it's sad to see that.

The food is great and I always return for the food but the workers are all very rude and everybody has an attitude. They're super stingy with their sauce and if you ask for extra, they act like it's coming out of their paycheck. If I spend almost $30 on my food, I should be able to at least get as much sauce as I would like. It's sauce bruh do better

I have had Dave's Hot Chicken many times! It is always good but can sometimes be inconsistent. The chicken size and portions are large. Food is very good and flavors are great. The sauce is oh so good. The fries are just ok, they are crinkled and have a nice amount of salt. The food taste fresh and the pickles are great. I could do without the coleslaw. I recommend that you try it at least once.

They charge for sauce but stingy with the sauce in the sandwich. I get it people abuse but be more considerate. it's a little irritating

Great first time experience. David the cashier took the time to explain the menu. Food came out hot and fresh. Chicken was all white meat but tender!

3 stars. Their spiciest isn't that spicy but food is food I guess. But the food doesn't taste as good compared to many other chicken sandwich chains

Juicy chicken, great crunchy cole slaw, and dank Dave's sauce! I love everything about this place from easy location/parking, plenty of CLEAN seating, and delicious food! Their chicken is always perfectly crunchy and juicy, and has many spice levels, so you can hone in to the perfect spice level for you. I personally find 'spicy' to be the perfect spice level that's comparable to spicy chicken from places like Popeyes. Don't skip out on the cheese because it's a game changer for your sandwich/tender!
