Good, cheap, greasy goodness. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Don't be scared of the spice levels- these do not scale up the same way as Mexican or Asian food, for example. Always happy to pop in here for a quick lunch.

Case of a Monday - accidently ordered online to the wrong location (Costa Mesa), Paul asked to see my online order, and because it was a small order, he did not hesitate to make my order at this location. Talk about customer service!!! It was completely my fault, and he took it upon himself to "make it right". His family owns both locations (Santa Ana and Costa Mesa), so if you're around either location 100% recommended. Much much appreciated!!
First time at any Dave's hot chicken. The service was 11/10 fantastic. Paul took our order and was very personable, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire experience. We dined in and he check up on us every so often making sure our experience was great. The food was just as amazing. First time, second, 500th? I highly recommend this Dave's hot chicken location. Will definitely be coming back to this specific location when in town. Thank you Paul!
