First time having Dave's in Colorado. My youngest & I have been to the Artesia CA location previously and loved it. This time it was my oldest son's first ever experience with Dave's. Dave's in Highland definitely came through...it was really good!! We ordered the 2 slider combo...both hot, and 2 Al's carte tenders, 1 medium & 1 hot. have been dying to try this hot chicken joint for years now and i finally found my way over to one of their denver locations! it was good but not great...not worth all the hype. portions were so so but taste was yummy. friendly staff!

This is probably the best Nashville hot chicken I've had outside of the south. In fact, I would even say it's better than Hattie B's if you're familiar with them. We ordered the extra hot level for both our entrees (the tenders and a sandwich) and I would say that level feels true to Nashville hot levels. Was craving some hot chicken and Dave's was open late and surely satisfied that craving! Got the sandwich, tender, and fry combo at hot level heat. Food tasted fresh and order was quick to pick up.

Dave's Hot Chicken is the best chicken sandwich in Denver. Period. Get extra cheese to put on your sandwich. Their French fries are great too.
Don't sleep on Dave's hot chicken. This is by far the best hot chicken joint in Denver. The main thing that stands out is that they use a dry rub instead of a sauce which is absolutely amazing. It's a flavor explosion. My boyfriend ordered it yesterday and I had a bite and it was the first thing on my mind this morning. I got take out, so can't speak to dining in
The friendliest staff, very clean, and the food is amazing! The vibe is cool and every location has its own local art!
Was exploring the neighborhood and ran into this dope place. Had to check it out! The employees up front welcomed me with a smile and were able to guide me with ordering. Went for medium and hot spice level to try both. Everything was very tasty and fresh! I enjoyed how big and juicy the tenders were, and how fresh and crisp the fries tasted. Great seasoning and spice level! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back and bring my buddies.
The food is amazing, the chicken is very juicy and people are very friendly. Cool place to eat!
