TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The customer service was stellar, in particular Moises who took my order. He was very friendly and provided me with excellent customer service. When it became my turn to order, I was still very indecisive and wanted everything on the menu. His recommendations were great, and I ended up choosing the Mac & Cheese and the Kale Slaw for my sides, which were delicious and a great pairing to my "hot" single slider. I just want to point that I didn't know this brand so I took a chance, specially because is new in my area so I asked to Moises he is cashier, what he recommended because I didn't know the product so he took the time to explain different levels of spice and product, I love it thank you Moises for such great costumer service definitely I'll be back.

This was my first time visiting and I had such a great experience! Moises gave some good recommendations when I was placing my order with him. Love the chicken! It's really juicy and great flavor, worth the hype. I had a really big order today to go, and mentioned I had wanted to eat there. The woman helping me brought mine out ahead of time while They finished the rest of the order. Totally unexpected, and genuinely friendly. Also got the Mac and cheese, my son loved it!
