horrible! service was slow, food was cold. mass ave location would not recommend go somewhere else

The chicken was just ok. Actually gave me a bit of an upset stomach afterwards. The slider bun fell apart while eating it.

Place was clean and looked really nice! I came here with some friends in the evening and was excited to try it. Then the employee at the counter ignored me and talked to the guys in the kitchen instead, even though I was clearly ready to order and waiting at the register. They were out of the hot style (which was fine! I just ordered medium instead) and I was really disappointed. Food was dry and the bread was literally just toasted white bread. It was definitely not worth the price.

Terrible service, literally couldn't believe how bad it was. Food was subpar and too sweet. Won't be back.

Dave, we need to talk. When I walk in and order takeout and pay in advance, I shouldn't be prompted with a tip screen. What EXACTLY am I tipping for? Nobody's done NOTHING yet. But when the cashier stares at me while I ponder whether to tip IN ADVANCE, I start to get it. It's extortion. Like, how long do you want to wait for your order? Do you want us to get it right? How important are those extras? I caved and tipped. No customer should be put in that position. Fix it.

STICKY TABLES! ALL OF THEM! I ordered a #1, 2 tenders, fries and I added a small drink. I was put off by the the giant turd shaped 'tenders' covered in a huge amount of cheetoh dust. The amount of the orange dust made it inconvenient to eat, because I was constantly wiping my fingers. The pickles and dipping sauce were pretty good and the fries weren't bad, if not a little too salty. This is the worst food I've ever had in my 14 years of living, when i bit into this sandwich it tasted like shit.

The food was not what I expected. I tried mild and it had a taco seasoning taste. Although the food was not what I was looking for the service from Jax at the Broad Ripple location was more than stellar.

Buy you a pkg. of chicken breasts & cook them AT HOME for the same price they try to charge you here for ONE filet of chicken. At least you know after you've waited 30 minutes for your food, it'll be HOT (temp & flavor, if that's how you want it). Inflation is too high to play around w/ money for bad customer service, long wait times, ridiculously high prices & COLD FOOD. #Next ...
