As fast food, it was really fast. As spicy food, it was really spicy. And I really enjoyed the deep fried crispy hot chicken slider. Since pandemic lockdown, I barely went to restaurants and never ordered delivery. So today I tried the delivery and it arrived much faster than I expected. In a word, I'm satisfied. A happy experience.

ever since this place opened it has been the talk of the town so I had to stop in and see what the hype is all about. I ordered the 2 Slider Combo in medium heat and added cheese to my fries. The spice level of the medium heat was the perfect amount of spice for me. The slider overall was good, the meat was juicy and the daves sauce was good. The cheese fries were great to lower some of the spice I got from the sliders. I really enjoyed the food here, I will be back to try hot next just to see how spicy that is.
Nashville Hot Chicken is the new thing to hit Indy. As a "spicier the better" chicken fan, I was thrilled to see Dave's hit our streets. Their food is good and the Indy location is a welcome addition. They serve different levels of spiciness and different versions of the tenders and fries that come standard at most of the hot chicken places. Dave's Hot Chicken did not disappoint. We ended up going here because the place we were originally gonna go to was closed (I didn't know restaurants being closed on Monday's was a thing) anywho, I can't remember if I got the mild level or medium. Whichever it was, I should have definitely gone up a spice level ( I guess that means I'll have to go back). You can pick you level of "heat" for your sandwich. Loved this place! The service was amazing, and everyone who worked there was incredibly kind. I ordered the hot spice level, which was perfect for me because I love spicy food. Adding the honey to the chicken was a game changer. Also, there was enough food in the order that I had leftovers for lunch the next day!
I'm a fan! Dave's Hot Chicken is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I appreciate that you order at the counter, as many of the other restaurants in the area are sit down. When ordering, I imagined the sliders would be small but they are the size of a normal chicken sandwich!
