TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I've eaten at the LA restaurant years ago back when they were serving it in a parking lot. Still so good. So cool to see them expanding and for good reason. Delicious meal. So easily 5s because the food is bomb, filling, and the value is terrific. A sandwich, fries, and pickles for $11? Incredible value. I loved that about my meal and the flavors back up the hype. The customer service at this location is beyond amazing. The moment you open the door to enter the establishment, you get greeted with a smiling face. I want to give a special shout-out to Lena. She welcomed us with open arms and a smile from cheek to cheek. She is by far one of the nicest customer service employees I've ever had the chance to work with. COME HERE!!!
I tried the basic chicken sandwich and it was tasty. The menu was easy to read and the price was pretty cheap. No complaints here. If you need a quick lunch or dinner in a hurry, give this place a shot.
