Nothing against Dave's, but we have come to the realization that we just don't like Nashville hot style chicken sandwiches. The concept of the dry rub is weird, since it feels like inhaling spicy particles while eating the sandwich. Even though we don't care for the type of food, it was very fresh and hot, the chicken was high quality, and the service was excellent. So now the search will start for a spicy chicken sandwich, where the spice is actually part of the batter instead of added as afterthought!

Food is so good especially with the mild seasoning. I can definitely go up a spice level next time. Service is great and the ambiance is very chill.

They can actually get the chicken really spot-on. Their rub is more of a wet rub than a dry rub. I wish they seasoned their fries with the same rub as the chicken. Cool thing is you can actually get the Dave's bites in multiples of 5. Which isn't outright advertised on the menu. The extra hot is like 1 seedless habanero worth of heat. The hot is like 2 seeded jalapenos. They get the food out in a timely manner. The place is actually clean too. Big ups all around.

I love the food here but the spice level is so inconsistent every time. Ordered Medium and got absolutely no spice on the chicken. When I told them there was no spice added, they brushed me off and said Dave's hot chicken must've changed the recipe. This is not the first time it's happened and it seems like they are very unwilling to offer anything to you if they mess up your order.

AMAZING FOOD! I've never had burgers this good! and their service is very nice too. tbh everyone needs to try Dave's hot chicken at least once in their life, if not then ur missing out

It always feels like summertime when we eat at Dave's! Such a fun vibe- cool and clever aesthetic with graffiti art and neon colors! Love that they're open until 1am, even on weekdays! This is also very dangerous lol The service staff are friendly and do not skimp on providing extra packages of honey! Dave's do nottt mess with heat levels! I always come here for takeout before I start my night shift. Fast service. Chicken is juicy and just right. Fries crispy. Pickles crunchy.
