TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Menu is simple like In N Out. Basically only got chicken tenders as sliders or solo and fries. The fries have a Cajon seasoning on them and the hot chicken can be ordered in a variety of heat levels This place is similar to Hattie B's but not as good. Too much breading for me. The food was alright but it's definitely overpriced for the size and portion you receive. The chicken was small for $10 and you barely get any fries. The customer service was good and they were pretty quick with the orders. The seatings are not placed comfortable, we had to keep squeezing between another table because they had a divider in the way. They do provide outside seating. But overall just not worth the price I'll rather prefer hate burger.
