I have been a patient of Dr. Sutter for 8 years now. He is extremely thorough and he will refer to a specialist if he doesn't have the answers. He has taken very good care of my family and will personally call with lab results or to answer questions about a procedure.
Wonderful, kind and caring doctor. In response to the other comment about the lady at the front asking for payment, it is because some people see the doctor and skip out without paying.
Very conscientious about his patients. Quick to refer if he is not able to help. His patients come first.

We are senior citizens, and began seeing him because he was listed on our insurance plan. His office receptionist is curt and borders on rudeness in the manner in which she demands payment in advance and an update of insurance information. Other office staff are friendly and pleasant. We feel he orders extensive and unnecessary tests and excessive follow-up visits. Personally, I get the feeling we are being used to line the pockets of his practice. had to pay BEFORE seeing the dr, rude didnt want to answer simple questions or examine patient , very insulting took the money and no help at all
