I've been a patient of D. Finnigan, at OSF clinic in Rockton for a few years. It CLEARY states to put in a request for refills 3 to 5 days before your prescription to ensure it gets called in which I always do. I have never had my meds called in on same day as my request until this month. I got a response that very day saying they called it in. To be clear, that has never happened. Dude deserves 0 stars however 5 stars on being a narcissist. His staff is even worse. Do not use this office FOR ANYTHING unless you’d like your life ruined. Gaslighting runs strong at Rockton OSF ❤️😘

After being started on a new medication that was causing significant problems for me. I tried to reach Dave at the clinic and left more than 7 messages over a span of 3 days with. I return calls or communication. The reactions to the medication were of grave seriousness and Dave apparently felt no regard or respect for me as a person or patient to speak with me.
