He was a great help in getting my house
When you send thing that you have asked for and you keep asking for the same items. Even on our closing the lawyer had to send item that we had send 10 times already. Also you need to tell folks what to expect and give out step in what you need keep to your word!!!!
My review for David’s position overall is good - he gave me advice and he was very patient with me in the beginning but once it got to the underwriter / document review phase it was horrific and extremely unprofessional and stressful - documents kept getting lost - I had to reforward multiple times, my address was wrong throughout the whole process even though I gave you the right address this affected me in appraiser fees that I paid for twice for sending them to the wrong address and also home insurance changes after the f... read more
