Working with Dave and his team was an incredible experience. Open lines of communication was incredible. We had questions answered even before we had to ask. Dave was available to us on the rare after hours occasion. Our previous home purchase was a nightmare but Dave and his team made the process seamless. Thanks bunches to Logan and Kristina as well... You guys were awesome ! And our housewarming gift looks great on our front door ! Thanks so much !

The Flashner Mortgage Group, which consists of Dave Flashner, Kristina, Carley & Logan was wonderful to work with. The team worked very hard to help us close as quickly as possible. Helping us through the process every step of the way. Help was just a phone call away and if they didn't answer the return call was returned within minutes. Good day, words can't explain Mr. Flashner and his team were amazing, anytime of the day or night I was able to call and get assistance. Very knowledgeable of every area in real estate and special thanks to Carley and David's other assistant loan preparation lady whom put all the paper work and transaction, love love love HER , Success Mortgage is the best in the Georgia area, this team can take nothing and turn it into everything. We were first time home buyers. Before working with Dave, we have called many lenders to ask general questions to decide who we wanted to work with but they were not very helpful. Dave, however, answered all questions months before we started looking to purchase. No question went unanswered during the entire process. Dave and his team made the process so easy! We couldn't recommend them highly enough.
