Really!! My psychiatrist referred me to a Lifestance provider for a group support program. The provider signed me up, and I was notified of my new appointments. I wrote the provider a message in the portal, letting him know that I was unable to participate on Monday evenings. I called booking and let them know, and they said they would remove me from that program. Scheduling and attending the virtual appointment was easy. I appreciate David for still creating a welcoming environment even virtually!
As expected high quality audio and video from a small group, open interactive session.
It can sometime take a while to "click" with a therapist. I found this not so with David. He has a very kind and knowledgeable way about him that sets one at ease right off the bat.
