Absolutely terrible experience, not sure how he has the position he does. Made several comments arguing against what I had been told about my mental health. My frustration level was quite high throughout my appointment. Then when I told him my trauma history, he genuinely asked why I handled it the way I did, then going on to make an asinine comment about my handling of said situation, to which I cried and was left feeling infinitely worse than before I had started my appointment. “Doctor” Klein should re visit medical school and review patient care and respect. It is very clear he does NOT know proper bedside manner. He is extremely condescending and does not listen to the concerns of the patient. He treats you as if you are inferior because you are the patient. He ignores the reason why you set up an appointment and degrades you. His comments were incredibly rude and even felt sexist at some points. Dr. Klein has been good for me. Attentively listening. Way to work with. Straight forward.
Don't listen to the negative reviews. I had my first session with Dr. Klein today and my experience was extremely positive. He was very respectful and empathetic. He helped me to understand what is going on with my mind and how to begin confronting it. I would definitely recommend him and I will be following up with him.
I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr. Klein to assess whether I have autism and/or ADHD. Dr. Klein was very condensating to the point where he started to insult my intelligence and it started to feel like bullying. Never have I ever been so callously mocked and antagonized by someone who works in the medical field before.
