David Lumb made our lives so much easier. My husband and I were on the market for our first home. We did not expect to find something we liked until spring; however, we saw a good deal and needed to act quickly. David was very helpful through the entire process and was very patient with us. He explained everything that was going on and even showed up to the closing to meet us in person!
David Lumb is GREAT to work with. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) he is no longer with Bank of America, but has now moved on to George Mason Mortgage LLC. I'd work with David and his team again in a heart-beat. They are so responsive and helpful and patient. David gives great, no-nonsense rates and is very prompt in issuing lender letters. I've worked with David now on two different purchases and two refinances over the last 5 years and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
We've worked with David Lumb many times over the years; he's quick to respond and his team is great to work with as you go through the process of securing a loan and closing. Unfortunately... this time around, our financing fell through because of a low appraisal.
