Dr Marks has provided me with outstanding professional treatment for over 10 years. Worst office staff ever. I never even got to see the doctor because the office staff treated me horribly and then said that I was rude. It doesn’t matter if the doctor is 5 star if his staff is 1-star. I wonder if he’s aware. I’ve read lots of reviews that echo mine! Such a shame!

In one of the scariest times of my life, Dr. Marks and his team were there for me. After getting the news that I needed to see a Specialist, I was so nervous and just wanted to know everything- about - everything. The receptionist listened to my situation (with empathy) and was like, “let’s work you in tomorrow… I will ask Dr. Marks to move some things.” Seriously?? What Dr.’s office does that? Um.. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for Dr. Marks. I felt I was in good hands and felt I had chosen the right doctor for me. His admin staff however may have had difficulty adjusting to new offices at that time, or - they just plain had a job. I understand how difficult it is to do business as usual when you are settling into new offices. However, you are dealing with PEOPLE and that IS your business. Extremely disappointed in this office. I work in a doctors office and would never treat people like this! We will never recommend this doctor ever all because of his staff! Take a class in how to treat people and work ethics!!
Dr Marks saved my life. He is extremely knowledgeable. His staff is highly - professional and very warm and caring.
I am from Corpus Christi and after finding out that our best pulmonologist retired and the second best left town, my family doctor referred me to Dr. Marks. He made sure that I had the most extensive and intensive testing. I found that besides the respiratory problems, I had a hiatal hernia, an esophagus that barely works, and some minor heart problems.
