When I was sent a survey inquiring what would make our experience a great experience, I submitted that communication was very important to us. As first time homebuyers, we have limited or basic understanding of the process. The fact that we were first time homebuyers was not a secret. I received more updated from my realtor than I did David. There was no explanation to information David sent to us through email, what to expect, or when to expect next steps.
