Many visits to prep tooth for crown & make temp. Couldn't get bite right. Temp fell off 2x. When installing permanent one, he said temp (my 3rd) was gone. Must've swallowed it. 3 days later, I spit out pieces & thought it had broken. Staff looked, said crown intact, the pieces were the temp one! Explains difficulty seating permanent one! While grinding next tooth, he tore a nasty hole in lip with grinding tool. Minimized it, no apology, offered no mirror. SHOCK when I got home!
