I actually purchased a bridesmaid dress for my wedding dress, as i needed the color wine for it. The arrival of it to the store only took 3 wks as opposed to the 4-6 wks they had quoted. The dress was sewn wrong across the top and the first watned to charge ME for the alterations but once the alteration lady looked at it she said it was manufacture error and they'd just order a new one. I loved working with David's Bridal! I had a snafu with my bridesmaids dresses and the staff was very patient with me as I scrambled to find a similar style in different colors and the right sizes. They probably spent 1/2 hour with me on the phone looking up their inventory. In the end, they found the perfect dress at a different location and had it shipped over. It was such a relief and it all worked out perfectly!

I bought my dress at David's Bridal in auwatukee. I have to say in the midst of all the craziness of getting ready for the wedding, these people were a breath of fresh air. They were nice, kind, professional and extremely helpful. They helped to find the perfect dress at a reasonable price. I also had some issues where I lost all but one of my bridesmaids right before the wedding. They made the credit from the dress returns work to my advantage. Dress was beautiful and the price was perfect for my budget. The alterations dept was not as helpful as the wedding dress consultation. Overall I was very happy with my selection it looks beautiful in pictures and I loved my dress of my dreams.

If you are a low maintenence bride there is no reason to shop for a dress anywhere other than David's Bridal. They have hundreds of wonderful gowns, you would never know they were not from a boutique. For me, my budget went to food and drinks and photography. That was what was important. While the dress was important too I did not want to spend thousand of dollars on something that was going to get filthy anyway (mine got torn too). Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though I am a plus size bride staff was respectful. They helped me look through their great selection of gowns for all shapes and sizes until I found exactly what I wanted for my wedding dress, at a great price.The alterations staff was friendly and made alterations as promised and on time. Price for alterations was extremely reasonable.

I had a mixed experience with David's Bridal. I originally bought my dress in Spokane, WA. The woman there was very helpful and actually found a dress that I hadn't planned to try on that ended up being the perfect one! However, when I received it- it was too small. Since my measurements hadn't changed they agreed to replace it. I received the replacement quickly. I really don’t have anything bad to say about David's Bridal. My initial visit went fairly well. Considering it was an over-booked Saturday afternoon, I did not feel like I was forgotten about or lacked the attention I so desperately needed (JUST JOKING)!
