Jill- the manager that was working at this David's when I choose and purchased my dress, was THE BEST! They should try with all their might to get her back because the managers that are there currently are not as kind and accomadating when they should try to be because we are there as brides for the happiest day of our lives! LOVED my dress, alterations were great and great with customer service. Thank you DB!
The girl who assisted me while trying on dress was very good, she was responsive and very helpful. Would recommend stopping by david's bridal while searching for your wedding dress.
The staff was very patient and gave me some nice helpful hints regarding my body type.
I ordered items online and was unaware that you can't return it to the store. I had to pay for the shipping out of pocket and they wouldn't accept because it had a fingerprint on it which was not there when I sent it! They are not customer friendly!
David's Bridal was the perfect choice for my wedding dress. My dress was absolutely perfect in every way. The staff catered to my needs and made me feel special. All of my bridesmaids got their dresses there as well. David's Bridal is an exceptional vendor and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a wedding dress.
poor service. I ordered my flower girl dresses through david's bridal. they came in the wrong color and the gril tried to accuse me of bring up the wrong dress. Luckily i kept my recipt that stated the correct color and david's reluctantly took back the wrong color outfits and got me my perfect dresses. They were beautiful. but we ordered them in beginging of novemeber and it wasn't until 8 days before our end of febuaray wedding we had the correct dresses in hand.
They had a wide variedy of dresses in my price range. And had everything done in a week.
We got our bride's maid dresses from David's Bridal! They were very pretty dresses at a reasonable price. We purchased them at the last minute, and they were able to get the dresses in and they looked amazing. Overall, it was a great experience with professional associates who were there to make sure everything ran smooth! Definately recommend!
I purchased my dress about a year ago from David's bridal as soon as I got engaged. They were wonderful to me there (it was not this location). They even brought the seamstress out to show me how the dress would be bustled which is actually what sold me on the dress. However, I moved to Phoenix AZ so I took the dress to a local David's bridal. The seamstress was so rude to me there. She flung my dress around, drug it on the floor and treated me with disrespect.
