I had a great experience! (But I've heard bad things about the other DB shops in the valley). My dress was beautiful - I fell in love! - and on sale! It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I went through their alterations department easily, always knowing what was next and when my next fitting was. My (very complex) busted stayed up all night, and I was doing a LOT of dancing! We had an average experience with our local David's Bridal shop. The associate assigned to help us when I was purchasing my wedding dress was tremendous, however our follow up experience in buying the BM dresses (6 of them) was tedious and frustrating. The dresses (including bridal) were a great value with a wonderful selection to choose from. I bought All of the dresses here. The cost was ok and the quality was good as well. the only problem that i had were that the dresses ran kinda small. THis is a good One stop shopping place. the staff was great and the very helpfull.
Okay for being a big chain store, I would recommend a smaller shop than David's Bridal
My dress wass beautiful. They helped me find it fast especially with a short amount of time before the wedding. The overall esperience was good. My maid of honor though didn't have the same luck as I did with this place. I think it depends on the service you get. The salesperson I had was very nice and helpful my maid of honor's was rude and not very helpfull.
Horrible service. I had to change my bridesmaids dresses at the last second due to their awful communication skills. DO NOT go to any Davids Bridal.
Overall I was very pleased with my dress, however, the process of actually getting my dress could have been better. If you would like to shop here DO NOT go on a weekend. It is like a madhouse in there stores. They don't really take much time for you if they are busy. If you go on a weekday the service is much better. I had my dress altered there as well and my bustle never worked the day of the wedding. So just be careful.
After going to a few different places I ended up picking my dress from Davids Bridal. They were very helpful, and had a large selection to choose from. I also got my bridesmaids dresses from Davids Bridal as well.
Cheap, easy, great selection � quick alterations! What bride or bridesmaid could want more?
