The people at David's Bridal were extremely helpful. It was nice to have everything all inclusive at one store. They did the alterations and they did the flower girl's dresses. If I ever needed anything done with my dress, I just called and brought it in the same day.
My invitations were perfect! They showed up two weeks before they were expected to and looked exactly like the sample on the website, except prettier. Ordering and personalizing the invitations was super easy and they had samples you could choose or write your own. The price was good too, based on other sites I had been looking at. Very worth it!
I was very happy with the service. Davids Bridal surpassed my expectations. My wedding gown was beautiful, and the alterations made it a perfect fit. My bridesmaids were very pleased with the expedited service and they loved their dresses as well. I have already recommended Davids Bridal to my brothers fiance, they will be getting married in 5 months. She has already purchased her gown from there, and is very happy with it as well. A fine experience but I would recommend knowing what you want going into it. Also, buy everything you need (bra, dress, petti coat, shoes, etc.) all at once... its cheaper and it will guarantee you actually get it. Go well in advance of your wedding date.
Not great but not bad either, you pay for what you get at a national chain like David's bridal. There staff isn't very willing to do anything extra so just hope you don't have any problems.
My dress was beautiful and affordable. They worked very hard to help one of my bridesmaids get a new dress 2 days before the wedding. Their staff went above and beyond!

It was a pleasurable experience not only did I find the wedding dress of my dreams but my bridesmaids looked radient also. The staff was so helpful even when it came to special orders for our shoes, last minute alterations, and the quality was beyond my expectations for such a large retailer. The staff was extremely personable. I was impressed.
What can I say? EASY. The whole process was easy. From scheduling an appointment, to picking out the dress, the shoes, the veil, even my handbag! The dress fitting was quick and precise! It was even easy to purchase and send my dress to be preserved! Don't worry about having a dress that is mass produced like I thought, they have so many dresses and you'll know when you've tried on the right one! Have fun!
