David's Bridal was okay. I went through them because they are all over the states and half of my wedding party was out of state! When I had my bridal fitting the lady that was supposed to be helping was no where to be found, she must have been helping someone else or eating lunch! They also could not find my dress after they called me to come pick it up, they said I needed my receipt which I did not have although they failed to say that when they called. My dress was amazing and they were very quick to answer any question or concern that I had.
My dress was BEAUTIFUL, and I liked that I could take it home that day. It was a GREAT value! I just hated the service, and FORGET alterations! They were going to charge me more for alterations than I paid for the dress. I guess that's where they make all their money. I would buy a dress there again, but just make sure you don't need to have it altered.
I loved my dress, but the people that worked there made me feel like I was being patronized. I didn't feel that I received very personalized service and wish I had shopped around a bit more.
They were super helpful and very professional.
I needed a dress fast and this place was the only one open. I actually found something I was happy with , the staff was nice, etc... I give it 3 stars because I am not typically a fan of chains.

I found my dress right away and I loved it!
Fortunately, I was able to find my dress rather quickly. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for but it was still a beautiful dress and I was happy with it overall. Most of the girls there were very kind and helpful. However, when I did ask if they could order a certain item for me or at least check to see if it was at another store, I was told that it wouldn't be possible, because it would take months (?!) before my order would come it.
