I was unimpressed with the level of service offered to me by the consultant. I showed her some pictures and she brought me one dress to try on. My family found some more, which I ultimately chose one from. She also did not recommend a veil, shoes, or alterations; she basically pushed me out the door. I love my dress and the price was amazing but I was expecting something more form the consultant.
I tried on several dresses from a local boutique in Gilbert, Az before trying David's Bridal. After going to a bridal event in Phoenix, I found DB 2012 catalog. In that catalog I found my dress! It was so beautiful even though it was a little over my price range. I'll never forget the dress number: CWG464! I scheduled an appointment at DB right after I saw that dress but they didn't have it in yet and said they might not get it in anytime soon since it was a brand new style. My girls and I LOVED our dresses, however, we really wish that when you receive your dress, they wouldn't be put in see through plastic bags...worse than trash bags. Very easily ripped through and flimsy. Otherwise our dresses were great and the prices were very reasonable.
We purchased the Brides maids dresses from Davids Bridal and were very happy with them. The dresses themselves were perfect, they fit completely with the feel of the wedding and were $99 dollars which all the girls appreciated. The style of the dress was so cute it could be dressed up or down for the wedding or to wear after which all the girls agreed that they would be able to and like wearing the dress after the wedding. Loved my dress. Depending on who you get, the people are nice. Not very knowledgable on what size to order. they tried to get me to order a size too big, and I think it was to help out their alteration department. Plus I ended up losing some weight so I am glad I didnt listen to them. Overall the quality of dress and price was good.
I love the dress I got at Davids! The sales person was so nice and accomodating as I went in to try on dresses with my sister in-law. She helped me pick out all of the accessories for my outfit and it all looked so beautiful together. The discount on my shoes was a bonus. My only disappointment was they did not let me take a discount on my veil because I did not get it at the same time as I bought the dress. I purchased my dress from the David's Bridal in Ahwatukee, AZ reluctantly, but I did find a beautiful dress with no help from the staff. They overbooked my appointment with several other brides, and I only saw the consultant one or two times. Thankfully I had my sister with me to help with the dresses.
