There aren't enough stars here for the excellent service we have received from Tam Nguyen the Alterations Manager at David'sBridal. She took care of my daughter and I. My daughter had lost about 2 dress sizes and her dress looked a little frumpy but by the time Tam finished pinning her up she was as beautiful as ever. I was happy to hear my sister chose David's after my great experience there many years ago for my wedding. Everyone was very helpful, they have a good system for serving people. I had a great experience with the alterations department, Joana was wonderful and knew just what to do about the cleavage I wanted to cover.
I had previously gone to the davids bridal on 99th ave & mcdowell. The whole time i was there i was OVERLY pressured on the time frame and the sales rep was only telling me what couldn't be done. Nothing positive came from that location. About 2 weeks ago I walked into this location no appointment but on a mission. My friend & I was assisted by Renee. RecommendedRene was really nice and friendly finding a dress for my daughter. although having staff waltz in front of room 18, I was a bit taken back at that procedure. I was waiting for my daughter to try on dresses and people we were going back and forth in front of me. even while taking pictures.

David’s Bridal is wonderful. Our consultant Chrissy was perfect. She chose a dress and it was the first one my daughter tried on. And it was the dress. She was friendly, helpful and very attentive to my daughter. Thank you for making our wedding dress shopping so easy. We went to shop at 5043 E. Road, Phoenix AZ.
My experience today was fantastic! Chrissy was amazing and on point throughout the entire appointment! She made me feel beautiful in the dresses I tried on. I am so beyond happy with my purchase. Will be back again in 2 weeks for my bridesmaids. Thank you David's Bridal :)
Being a larger bride isn’t easy. I went in expecting to cry because no dress would fit me or make me excited. I was so wrong. She listened to what I wanted and she found the perfect dress for me. I said yes to the wedding 👰 dress today!!!
