Had my first wedding dress appointment with David’s Bridal and it was great! The lady who helped did a wonderful job at helping me find dresses that best suit me! After about an hour I said yes to the dress! Had a great appointment and I am so in love with my dress

David’s Bridal is great it’s the gown cleaning & preservation service that I’m having trouble with. The keepsake box came back crushed and trying to get them to send a shipping label to send it back is impossible. The the price of this service the customer service isn’t good. Don’t recommend
Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to find the perfect wedding dress! Was a bit busy, so could stand to have one or two more people on staff. But overall was a great experience!
