Said yes to my dress with my mom and sister there! Appointment started right on time and Emily was my consultant, she was fantastic. We didn't feel pressured or rushed during the appointment and she was always willing to find the answers to any questions we had (about pricing/alterations/timing/etc). Great experience!

I walked in on Saturday thinking that I would just look around. Emily ended up assisting by finding me some dresses to on. She was incredible! She was so sweet and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.

First time I went it was ok but second time I went Renee was so helpful and cheerful and willing to help me find my dress . It was a great experience ❤️And I bought my dress 🤗
Tam in alterations is who I worked with once my dress came in. She added a beautiful black tulle ruffle and changed the bodice for me. She did a spectacular job and in a very short amount of time too. I would definitely recommend her for anyone getting alterations at the Phoenix location.
