I have to say that I had an wonderful experience at the Akron David's bridal. I worked with Katie and I was very happy with the service and the way she handled the entire appointment. I have been to other David's but the Akron store was great! I drove an hour to go this one and not canton because I have been to Canton store twice and was very dissatisfied both times. Thanks Katie for everything!!
Treated very well from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. Staff very polite and helpful. With the help of my sales girl, I found a dress in about a hour!

I walked into David's Bridal today without much of an idea of what I was doing, but the staff was very friendly & accommodating! They were patient with me when I didn't quite know what I wanted. Alena was especially helpful. She even picked out the dress that I purchased today! She was very attentive & knew just what to do & made me feel like I was special. The rest of the staff also helped in getting me set up with my next appointment. I can't wait to come back!

I had a great experience working with store manager, Ashley Backus. I needed to figure out a solution for a bridesmaid dress not fitting due to being pregnant. She worked with me to figure out a solution and we ended up finding another dress that would work in the color that I needed. She was so patient, understanding, and kind to me as we worked through our limited options (wedding in 3 weeks). Thank you for helping me get through a stressful situation! ��
