Hailey was amazing!! About fourth months ago, she helped me find the most beautiful dress, something that I never thought I'd want! She was patient with me while trying dresses on 2-3 times each and helped so much showing me different fabrics, what colors would look like, called alterations over for a bustle preview and was overall just amazing! Tracy at the Colonie branch of David's Bridal was wonderful to work with. I'm a wedding planner and in the process of helping to plan my best friend's wedding. When I told her what I was looking for, she took her time to help me find the perfect dress. I felt absolutely beautiful in this dress and it fit like a glove. The alternations department is amazing! Not only did they do a great job on my hemming and bustle (not other alternations needed) but they steamed my dress a week before my wedding at no additional charge. Our experience with trying on bridesmaids dresses was not as great. It was disorganized and the consultant kept bringing my girls the wrong sizes. When my girls called back to order the dress we settled on, they found she had not written down their sizes for any of the dresses we had narrowed it down to (there were three)... read more
They were very attentive,Yvonne was my salesperson,she couldn't have been more accommodating.She was patient and answered every question. Then there was Patricia,Alexis who went by and commented on what I was trying on,I felt very comfortable. I would recommend this store in Colonie,NY. Visited on Thursday May 30,2019
I will say the staff was amazing and so helpful! Being disabled puts a damper on me shopping anywhere. they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while making my daughter feel extra special. I was so thankful for all their help and support and my daughter has a beautiful gown at a reasonable price. Hats off to the staff and the fantastic job they did!!
