David's Is Wonderful!! Don't Go Expecting it to be Something It's Not!! I had a wonderful experience at David's. I went in without an appointment which you CANNOT do at any other bridal shop that I have been to. They very nicely explained to me that the rooms were reserved for people with appointments so I would have to wait for a consultant to have an open slot which took no time at all! buyers Remorse I took my daughter to David's Bridal in Whitehall to attempt to find a Prom dress. We had went to many other places there and couldn't find anything. We picked up 4 gowns to try on and were looking for a dressing room when we were then told that we had to be registered or have a consultant help us just to try on the dresses. after 5 min of waiting someone did show us a dressing room but then disappeared. we tried on the dresses and were able to find the perfect dress, we purchased it and the cashier asked if w... read more

HORRIBLE In Whitehall PA- The store was not even crowded. The women consultains there were rude, gave strange looks, walked away from the bridal registery for ten minutes. A group of women came in behind us touched a dress hanging up and they were yelled at by a consultant! Appartently your not allowed to touch the gowns! My sister was then told in a round about way to move from her seat by a consultant, so the other woman could sit and register since the consultant who was helping my sister walked off for ten minutes. nice gowns Went there for a bridesmaid dress. Great selection and what an inventory. The place was well organized for the amount of stuff they carry. Highly recommend.

Horrible experiance!!! I originally went to Davids Bridal for a fitting, because I was ordering on of their online dresses. I noticed that the girl who was doing my measurements did them completely the wrong way. I went elsewhere, and got the correct measurements. If I had followed the sizes she had given me I would have ended up with a dress 2 sizes too big!!! In ShortA chic, sleek boutique, it's not. But those willing to look carefully will likely find a big-time bargain. The staff is helpful and knows the merchandise but doesn't provide extensive one-on-one attention or advice. Stores (particularly on weekends) can be swamped with brides-to-be. David's specializes in beaded satin A-lines and simple lace sheaths that just hit the $500 mark. Most...

No service-nothing special I took my daughter here when she was getting married. It is such a special time and I was very disappointed in the lack of attention and service. I didn't realize David's bridal was a discount type of store. We were looking for someone to help us bring in dresses and recommend dresses based on her taste and style. We had to do all of the work ourselves and left after trying on one dress-it was too much work and not much fun.

thank you I had been to another David's Bridal and had a very bad experience and then I went to this one and they restores my hope in the company again. Everyone was so helpful and my dress was ready when they said it would be.
