Today I called the Monroeville, PA store to speak to the store manager about our experience. I was told it was our fault and the manager proceeded to yell at me! Completely unprofessional and rude!!

I’m really disappointed, I wanted to write a great review because I purchased my wedding dress here and had a good experience. All my bridesmaids and my mom bought dresses here as well. Just be aware that their return policy is 7 days after purchase and not 7 days from when your dress actually arrives. We had to order flower girl dresses which came a couple weeks after purchase. Rude, not helpful, not enough selection in certain sizes, staff that walks away and doesn’t help including a manager. Never going there again after multiple experiences like this. Go to Pine Ridge they are worth the drive and the price!!!
