I have delt with davids for prior wedding but this time its my own the first girl that was helping us was awsome!! Super helpful! Chose dresses she thought id like and asked me what i liked and then she stopped helping us to help another person and we got another young lady that wasnt much help every dress i showed her they didnt have and she wasnt giving me idea on similar stuff to what i was liking she just stood there and kept telling me they didnt have that and i had to order it if i wanted to see it

Worst place ever!!!!!!,! Nothing like a snotty sales rep discriminating against a heavy set lady...... and down grading her I will never take my business there again .... and I will be contacting the corporate office regarding this situation........

Went in January and purchased my wedding dress with my bridesmaids. Also picked out the bridesmaid dress and color, which I was told no one had to worry about coming in till i was at least a year away from my wedding to be fitted. Called today to set up appointments for my girls and now can't be guaranteed the color cause it may be discontinued (They aren't sure yet). In which I already bought flowers and decorations to go with that color. Being pissed doesn't even cover it.

I have waited longer than most to have this experience as a Bride, I would not recommend this location. Where I live there is 1 Bridal Shop so I decided to go out of town. I didn't realize till I made an appointment on a $99 Sale weekend. When the consultant called to confirm she stated that this sale was happening but since I made an appointment they would have time for me.... I had my consultants attention for about 45 mins then she went to attending to other guests, A Friend I brought with me was pull and fluffing dres... read more

The lady who was supposed to take care of us barely focused on the group and left us feeling confused. It would have been nice to have my dress checked for alterations and for her to know what she was talking about. It was so bad I can't even remember her name.
