I was with my Niece finding her wedding dress We had Besty and she was decent but I don't like the idea she was working with 2 people at the same time I think appointments should be made for one client to one consultant
I will say that David's bridal in Appleton is a lot better than the Green Bay one. The staff at Applton location is much nicer and not rude and insulting like Green Bay. One thing that I common at both locations is when you tell the consultant your size they bring you 8sizes to big. I wanted a full bridal corset in a size 40 and was brought a size 48. Very insulting, and I had her get me a size 40 or 42 and she brought me a 44, and that was still to big. I had the seamstress come in and she even stated it was to big and go... read more

Lindsay did a great job with me today. I found my dress after only trying on maybe about 6 or 7. I just fell in love with it and couldn't stop staring at myself. I'm so excited to get my dress. Thank you!!!
It was absolutely wonderful working with Betsy last week - she was kind, thoughtful, sweet, and so much fun! I was beyond appreciative of the way she listened and helped me explore and try on different wedding dresses despite the store being so busy!

I went into davids bridal not knowing what I wanted or what style would fit me best. Betsy took very good care of me and worked with me to find many different styles to see which worked the best. We were blown away with the excellent customer service and I was able to find my dream dress. Thank you to the davids bridal staff for working with us and I cannot wait until my dress comes in and I can wear it again.
