Very unhappy with their organization with appointments, no one answers the phone, I do understand the associates may be busy but over an hour with no one answering not good customer service. The prices of alterations are astronomical and no one mentioned it ahead of time before appointment, never told me what I needed to bring until I was there. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know..

I have mixed feelings about this place. Our bridal attendant was absolutely amazing and friendly. She was also knowledgeable about the issues plus size women face even though she was not plus size. That's the only reason I gave more than 1 star. I picked out a dress that fit me perfectly and needed no alterations. I literally had the dress on for less than an hour and without snagging or pulling of any sort, the entire left side of my lace came apart from the seam. Don't even bother coming here if you don't have an appointment. Treated like crap, and we just wanted to look at dresses, not even try them on. Told by one of the associates to not even touch the dresses like we were children. Not impressed, and will definetley be taking my business elsewhere. Newsflash you work in a chain bridal store in Appleton, WI, were not at Kleinfelds in New York on an episode of Say Yes to the Dress.

Worst experience I’ve ever seen. We walk in just wanting to LOOK at dresses and not even try them on. All I wanted to do was find the sku from a bridesmaid dress that I liked to send to my girls so they could buy from their local David’s. But the lady at the front that greeted us was extremely rude to us because we didn’t have an appointment! Well, needless to say, I did not feel welcome here at all and took my business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever! Waited almost 10 minutes after our appointment time for someone to even acknowledge we were there. The woman that helped us was very unkind and quite rushed. I wanted my girlfriend to help with my corset bra and she got snippy saying it’s her job. Then while taking off the first dress she yanked my hair and pulled a chunk out. Said “oh sorry it’s staticky in here.” When it actually got caught on the clipper and she continued to pull. She wouldn’t let my girlfriend grab another size of dress she picke... read more

Very disappointed with our experience there today, there were 8 of us trying on bridesmaid dresses and we were jammed in a corner with 3 fitting rooms. The staff made it seem like we were in the way. We had an appointment so why not have enough room for us? The person that helped us didn't really seem to know how to help us, we showed her pictures of what we were looking for and came back with something that didn't even at all look like then at all. Not same sex friendly. David's bridal needs to accept the fact not everyone is the majority, as in female and male couples. They sell some products sold as a set, tailored specifically with the labels "bride" & "groom". When asked if I could purchase a set with a "groom" & "groom", they simply refused... even though it was a simple fix (See photo in comment). Maybe try to be inclusive of everyone? It's appalling that in 2018 a company will turn away a customer based on sexual orientation.

I’ve been to the same store several times and each time they bring me the same dresses. Each time I have told them no and have left the store with yet again, no dress.

I have been calling for 3 weeks to try and schedule an alterations appointment and NO ONE answers the phone. I have called at all different times during business hours and every day for 3 weeks now. The wedding is 1.5 months away. I go online to try and schedule an appointment that day and it says to call your store. Extremely frustrating. You need to answer your phones or have a message system that you can leave a message to have someone call back
