Arlington location focused more on getting a sale than listening to what I wanted very frustrating process thank goodness for online ordering

when I got in I waited like an hr to be seen and I came right on time even a lady that came after me got seen and left before I got seen. the first person was okay help but thank gosh some else came to help i wished I would of caught her name for the next time.

We were never asked if we needed help and we were in the store for about 30 - 45 minutes. We won't be going back!!

We went to this David Bridal's a few weeks ago for my friend's wedding and to get her bridesmaids dresses as well. we booked both of the appointments one after the other but they were behind so we had to do the bridesmaids first and we took more time on that then my friends appointment since she only got to try on three dresses. the staff was rude and we had to share a consultant so she wasn't focused on my friendas much as she would have liked. I had set up an appointment for the $99 dress sale in March. Told the lady I wanted that sale, and when I went they told me that sale ended the day before my appointment. So I had to spend almost $600 for a dress, even though I also registered online and picked out some of the $99 dresses to try on. None of them were $99!!!! What made it worse the following week I seen a commercial saying the $99 sale was good thru the end if the month.
