When I got married 24 years ago I swore I'd never do business with David's Bridal ever again!! the experience was just awful!! Well my 27 yr old daughter purchased a dress last week with 2 days to spare for her bff wedding. She ended up finding a completely different dress someplace else. So she goes to return the DB dress that she paid 120$ cash for and was told she had 7 days to return it..ok... she gets there and was then told since her event was the day before they cannot return it is store policy. All the dresses are hung together with plastic covers over so it was very difficult to actually see the style . Then when my granddaughter was trying them on there was no personalized hands on attention!

Alterations appointment made 2/19/18, 1 call and 1 text reminder for 8/25/18, appointment, got there 15 minuets early to be rescheduled, thought it would be better experience than the day the bridesmaids initially went with the bride since there was a few months gap in time. Now rescheduling for following week. There are 4 brides maids different heights from 4’11 to 5’8” each one of us were fitted in a size 10, dress which is just unbelievable. Their service is the worst I have experienced ever!!!! 4 girls working, no one even had the kindness to ask if we needed help, but 5 minutes before they closed, they came to let us know that they were closing the store in 5 minutes!!!! So, before we left the store I asked to talk to the manager, she said she was sorry and we could make an appointment. Well, if you know me I was very polite and said, “No, thank you, I would rather go to a different store.” �����

Tonight's experience was awful. I went to pick up my bridesmaids dresses and Amanda was not very polite or personable. She didn't seem to care for my needs or care to answer the questions I had for future purchases with David's.

Lamentablemente....nos recibieron haciendo malas caras x q eramos alrededor d 6 personas acompañando a la novia.....y la q atendió a la novia para estarce probando los vestidos...no era como muy paciente....pero lo q mas me incomodo fue q nos hicieran cara d fuchi....no c si fue x el numero d personas q hibamos ho x q no eramos anglosajonas.�� Haaaa y la variedad en vestidos para novias no era mucha.
I was there on time for my appointment. I was never approached by a stylist in. They told us to pick out dresses and that they would be right with us. That never happen. The stylus that was supposed to be with me kept working with her bride and giving my party dirty looks. Not happy at all with this place.
