Spent my entire appointment alone wandering around the store looking for someone to help me get an estimate on hemming. They also never sent me the garment bag they said they'd mail. Not worth my time to go back. I would never recommend David's Bridal to any bride or bridesmaid.

A few months ago when I went I to David's Bridal, I walked in and the lady at the front desk was very rude just because I said, "No thank you we're fine right now I'm just looking to see if anything catches my eye." She looks at me with a weird expression laughs and says, "oh yeah I can tell." Like what's was that supposed to mean? What about my looks can you tell about me?? Went for bridesmaid dresses and all my girls picked them out quickly but for some reason had to stand around for another 30 minutes to get checked out. A dress my mom had picked out for herself, which was also on display at the front of the store, we are unable to order. Wasn't able to get a clear answer on why, tried calling another store and am unable to get through to talk to anyone. Very poor customer service. They are not well equipped to handle how busy they get on weekends.

I felt as if I was in a wrong place
They where rude! Told my sister they had nothing in her size.. had a attitude and we will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone for a good experience.
