It was great costumer Service , everyone was so nice . I tired on a few and the last one I tired on was my favorite.
Tammy and Valery were amazing from start to finish. After having a not so pleasant experience at another location in Fort Worth, I came to Austin and was treated with nothing but kindness. Tammy made sure I didn't leave with any questions. Loved my experience, can't wait to go back for my fitting.
Joanne who manages the North location off Research immediately made me feel special and she listened to my wants, needs, ideas about my perfect dress and was very accommodating. Joanne introduced me to Evelyn, my stylist who also made me feel very comfortable and so much fun to chat and work with. Ricky is an amazing stylist. He asked what I wanted and listened. He went and gathered the dresses that fit that perfectly to what stated. As well as he dresses I saw online and thought would look good. In the end what he picked was the dress to say yes to! 😊
I loved my experience at David’s Bridal. I worked with Alma and she was awesome. She listened to my opinions about every dress, was super honest with me and helped me pick out the most beautiful dress for my wedding day!
I had the best experience!!! Jamilla was Awesome!!! She was very patient and knew what I would love! The manager immediately introduced herself and participated in my fitting. Although there were other patrons there, I felt like I was number one... the only one there!!! They made me feel very special!
