James is exceptional, professional, friendly and caring. The staff is polite and not pushy. Very reasonable with pricing. I have bought 2 prom dresses, a maid of honor dress, 2 bridesmaids dresses and my wedding dress from the same store. Love all of it.
I went through the dress shopping process at Davids Bridal. I didn't look anywhere else, I originally was just "browsing". My consultant Tammy put me in all the dresses I asked and then put me in some that she picked out. Needless to say, she is amazing and put me in something that looked perfect, even in areas that weren't so flattering in other dresses. I walked out on my first shopping trip with an amazing dress. On dec. 31 I went with my daughter to David's bridal on Gateway plaza to look for a wedding dress. I was so happy and pleased how easy, quick and smooth everything went and we end up with beautiful wedding dress for my daughter. Sales person Alma was super helpful and knowledgeable about different styles and after less than an hour we found the perfect fit.
